Other initiatives include collaborations with Urban Compost and reducing waste and landfill and refraining the use of all single use plastics. The all-day menu also nods to a plant-based lifestyle with more than half of the dishes served at Street 32 being vegetarian and vegan. He was listed in Singapore’s The Peak Magazine as Top Young Chefs in 2017, and he was additionally listed in The Bali Bible’s Top 10 Chefs in Bali.
Driven through passion and innovation, Raviella Angela, also known as Angie, found herself being interested in the anatomy of spirits, cocktails, mocktails and any other flavourous beverages from an early age. Her marvelous talent and creative vision have established her to lead the bar team at Street 32, presenting carefully crafted cocktails by using only the finest local organic ingredients.
